Nicola and I have known each other for many years. We worked and learned everything together until 2008, when our dream of opening our own restaurant came true.

I look after everything outside the kitchen, which is no small feat. Nicola helps out too, but the kitchen is all his. He chooses the produce, studies the dishes and develops the recipes. We love our work. Our restaurant is our home. This is where we spend most of our time, together with our son Matteo and daughter Sofia.

Matteo is passionate about cooking and specially everything pastry-related, so he certainly takes after his father. Sofia has other ambitions, but you never know.

Me? I never regret all the work I’ve put in, because there’s no place I’d rather be, so long as I can share it with my family. And because I still have so much to learn!
