We decided to opt for quality to ensure that all our produce would be genuine and strictly Trentino-sourced. Our aim is not to overwhelm you with surprises but to make you comfortable in a place you can feel at home. We lay on tasting sessions of wines, grappas and beers to introduce you to the top-quality specialities of our region.

All of our pizzas are made using stone-ground organic flour, left to rise for at least 24 hours and baked in a wood-fired stove.

We like to experiment and let you taste new flavours, so apart from our classic dough, we offer an easily digestible version, as well as our tasty buckwheat, spelt, wholegrain Kamut, yeast-free, gluten-free or Trentino hemp varieties.
